UNA Growth OS Data Deletion Instructions

UNA LLC respects requests relating to personal information and Platform Data processed through UNA Growth OS.
How to request deletion
To request deletion of data associated with you or your authorized use of UNA Growth OS, email:

Please include enough information for us to identify the relevant account, integration, or data without sending passwords, API keys, access tokens, or other sensitive credentials.
What happens after a request
UNA LLC may take reasonable steps to verify the identity and authority of the person making the request before deleting data.
Once a valid request is verified, UNA will identify applicable data under its control and delete or de-identify it where required and reasonably possible.
We aim to respond to valid deletion requests within 30 days, unless a longer period is permitted or required by applicable law.
Meta Platform Data
If the request concerns information received through Meta APIs, UNA will delete applicable Meta Platform Data from systems under UNA's control where deletion is required and the information is no longer necessary for an authorized purpose.
Revoking access to a Meta integration may prevent UNA Growth OS from receiving new information, but previously stored information may still require a separate deletion request.
Information that may be retained
Certain information may be retained where necessary to comply with legal obligations, prevent fraud or abuse, maintain security, establish or defend legal claims, or maintain records that UNA LLC is legally permitted or required to retain.
Where appropriate, information may be de-identified instead of retained in identifiable form.
Third-party platforms
A deletion request submitted to UNA does not automatically delete information held independently by Meta, Shopify, Google, Amazon, TikTok, or another third-party service. Requests concerning information held directly by those providers may also need to be submitted to the applicable provider.
