You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account access details and for activity conducted through your account.

3. Products and cosmetic information

UNA products are cosmetic skincare products. Product descriptions, ingredient information, imagery, and usage guidance are provided for general informational purposes only.

Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. Results may vary between individuals.

Please review the full ingredient list before use. Patch test new products where appropriate and discontinue use if irritation occurs. If you experience a serious or persistent reaction, seek advice from a qualified healthcare professional.

4. Orders, pricing, and availability

All prices are shown in USD unless otherwise stated. Prices, product availability, packaging, and promotions may change without notice.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product information and pricing are accurate. If we identify an error in an order, including a pricing, availability, or product-description error, we may contact you, cancel the affected order, and issue a refund where payment has been collected.

Placing an order is an offer to purchase. UNA may accept or decline an order where permitted by applicable law.

5. Shipping, returns, and refunds

Shipping, delivery, returns, and refunds are governed by our:

By placing an order, you agree to those policies. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you may have under applicable law.

6. Subscribe & Save

Certain UNA products may be available as recurring subscription purchases.

When you select Subscribe & Save, the delivery frequency, product quantity, applicable price, and discount are shown before you complete checkout. You authorize us, through Shopify and our subscription provider, to charge your selected payment method for each recurring order until you cancel, pause, or modify the subscription.

You can manage your subscription through your UNA customer account or the subscription-management link in your order or subscription email. You may skip, pause, update, or cancel future deliveries before the next order is processed.

Cancellation applies to future recurring orders. It does not automatically cancel an order that has already been processed or dispatched.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this website—including the UNA name, logo, product names, text, designs, photographs, graphics, and website materials—is owned by or licensed to UNA and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may use the website for personal, non-commercial shopping only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, exploit, or use UNA content without our prior written permission.
