Last updated: September 21, 2026

UNA operates this website, online store, UNA Growth OS, and related information, content, features, tools, products, applications and services (collectively, the “Services”).

Our online store is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide ecommerce Services to you. UNA Growth OS is UNA’s internal growth, marketing, advertising, analytics and creative-intelligence platform used to connect authorized business services, analyze performance, support campaign planning, generate marketing intelligence and manage growth workflows.

This Privacy Policy explains how UNA collects, accesses, uses, stores, protects and discloses personal information and other data when you visit or use our Services, make a purchase or other transaction, communicate with us, or authorize UNA Growth OS to connect to third-party services such as Google Ads.

If there is a conflict between our Terms of Service and this Privacy Policy, this Privacy Policy controls with respect to the collection, processing and disclosure of personal information.

Please read this Privacy Policy carefully. By using or accessing any of the Services, you acknowledge that you have read this Privacy Policy and understand the collection, use and disclosure of information as described below.

PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT OR PROCESS

When we use the term “personal information,” we mean information that identifies or can reasonably be linked to you or another person.

Personal information does not include information collected anonymously or information that has been de-identified so that it cannot reasonably identify or be linked to an individual.

• Account information, including usernames, passwords, account identifiers, security information, preferences and settings.

• Transaction information, including products you view, place in your cart, add to a wishlist, purchase, return, exchange or cancel, and information about previous transactions.

• Advertising and marketing information, including campaign, conversion, attribution, audience, advertisement, creative, keyword, search-term and performance information where such information is provided to us directly, through our service providers or through an authorized connected platform.

• Connected account and advertising data. If an authorized user connects UNA Growth OS to a third-party platform such as Google Ads, we may access information made available through that platform’s authorized APIs. Depending on the permissions granted, this may include advertising account identifiers, campaigns, ad groups, advertisements, creative assets, keywords, search terms, budgets, bids, targeting settings, conversion information, advertising performance metrics, account configuration information and other advertising-related information.

• Derived analytics and intelligence. We may create analytics, classifications, recommendations, summaries, performance indicators or other derived information from information lawfully available to UNA through the Services and authorized connected platforms.

HOW WE SHARE GOOGLE DATA

UNA does not sell Google user data.

UNA does not disclose Google user data to data brokers, advertising networks, information resellers or unrelated third parties for their own independent purposes.

Google user data may be processed by service providers acting on UNA’s behalf where reasonably necessary to host, operate, maintain, secure or support UNA Growth OS.

Such providers may include infrastructure, cloud hosting, database, security, logging, monitoring or other technical service providers.

Where service providers process Google user data on our behalf, their access is limited to what is reasonably necessary to perform services for UNA and is subject to applicable contractual, security and confidentiality obligations.

UNA may also disclose information where required by applicable law, legal process or lawful governmental request, or where reasonably necessary to protect the rights, security or integrity of UNA, our users or the Services.

GOOGLE DATA AND ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE

UNA Growth OS may use artificial-intelligence-assisted systems to analyze authorized advertising information, identify patterns, summarize performance or generate recommendations for UNA and authorized UNA Growth OS users.

UNA does not use Google user data obtained through Google APIs to train generalized artificial-intelligence or machine-learning models.

Where Google API data is processed by AI-assisted functionality, such processing is used to provide functionality for UNA or authorized users and is limited to the purposes described in this Privacy Policy.

REVOKING GOOGLE ACCESS

Authorized users may revoke UNA Growth OS access to their Google Account or Google services through their Google Account security and connected-app settings.

Revoking authorization prevents UNA from making future Google API requests using that authorization.

Revocation does not necessarily result in the immediate deletion of historical information already lawfully retained by UNA where continued retention is reasonably necessary for legitimate operational, legal, security, audit or recordkeeping purposes.

DELETION OF GOOGLE USER DATA

Authorized users may request deletion of Google user data maintained by UNA by contacting us using the information in the “Contact” section below.

Subject to applicable legal, security, fraud-prevention, audit, backup and operational requirements, UNA will delete, de-identify or otherwise cease retaining Google user data that is no longer reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy.

GOOGLE API SERVICES USER DATA POLICY

UNA’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will comply with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including applicable Limited Use requirements.

Authentication credentials, API credentials, access tokens, refresh tokens and related secrets are treated as confidential security information and are not intentionally exposed publicly or included in public application code.

Where third-party infrastructure providers are used to host or process information, we consider their security capabilities and require information to be processed in accordance with applicable agreements and security obligations.

We periodically review whether information remains reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it was collected.

When information is no longer reasonably necessary, we may delete, de-identify or aggregate it, subject to legal, security, backup, audit, fraud-prevention and recordkeeping requirements.
