UNA Growth OS Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of UNA Growth OS, an internal business operating and intelligence platform operated by UNA LLC (“UNA,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
1. Purpose of UNA Growth OS
UNA Growth OS is used by UNA LLC and authorized users to manage, analyze, and support business operations, including ecommerce, advertising, creative intelligence, performance reporting, inventory, financial information, and related business activities.
2. Authorized Use
Access to UNA Growth OS is restricted to users authorized by UNA LLC. Users may not attempt to access the platform, its data, connected services, credentials, systems, or functionality without authorization.
3. Connected Services
UNA Growth OS may connect to third-party platforms and services, including ecommerce platforms, advertising platforms, analytics providers, cloud infrastructure providers, and other business systems.
When UNA Growth OS accesses data from a third-party platform, that access is subject to the applicable permissions granted to UNA LLC and the terms and policies of that third-party platform.
4. Meta Platform and Marketing API Data
UNA Growth OS may use the Meta Marketing API to access advertising information associated with Meta assets owned by or made available to UNA LLC.
This may include ad account information, campaigns, ad sets, ads, advertising performance information, and related reporting data.
Meta Platform Data is used only for legitimate business purposes associated with UNA LLC, including internal reporting, advertising analysis, creative-performance analysis, and authorized advertising operations.
UNA does not sell Meta Platform Data or use it for unrelated data brokerage purposes.
5. Advertising Actions
Certain functionality may support advertising recommendations or advertising-management actions. Where implemented, material advertising actions are subject to UNA's internal authorization and governance processes.
Access to an advertising platform or API does not itself constitute authorization for autonomous spending or campaign modification.
6. Security
UNA uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information processed through UNA Growth OS. Access credentials, API keys, tokens, and other authentication information are intended to remain server-side and restricted to authorized systems and personnel.
7. Acceptable Use
Users must not misuse UNA Growth OS, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, circumvent security controls, or use the platform in violation of applicable laws or third-party platform policies.
8. Availability and Changes
UNA may modify, suspend, update, or discontinue functionality within UNA Growth OS as business, security, operational, or regulatory requirements change.
9. Third-Party Services
UNA is not responsible for outages, policy changes, API changes, or other acts or omissions of independent third-party services connected to UNA Growth OS.
10. Disclaimer
UNA Growth OS is provided for internal business operations. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the platform is provided without guarantees of uninterrupted or error-free availability.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, UNA LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of, or inability to use, UNA Growth OS.
12. Governing Entity
UNA Growth OS is operated by UNA LLC, a Delaware limited liability company in the United States.
